TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations can be made by paying a deposit of £10 per person.

We will aim to contact you within 24 hours of an e-mail enquiry.

Receipt of your deposit will constitute acceptance of your booking.

7 days notice is required to cancel a booking. The Deposit is non-refundable if bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Rooms available from 1600 hours onwards, but if arriving after 1800 hours please make prior arrangements.

- We reserve the right to refuse any booking
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of unexpected------------------circumstances.The full deposit will be refunded if we cancel the booking

- Car parking is at your own risk, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage
- We do not accept liability for any injury incurred during your stay
- No pets allowed
- All rooms designated 'No Smoking' areas
